Sexual Assault Prevention and Advocacy

If you have experienced sexual assault or relationship violence, please know that it is not your fault. Everyone deserves safety and to be treated with dignity and respect. An individual’s response to sexual assault or relationship violence varies widely from person to person. There is no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ way to react to a traumatic event.

The goal of this site is to help survivors understand both their rights as a student and the resources/options available on and off campus. Regardless of your decision there are people at NDSU who care and are committed to supporting survivors and working toward a campus free from violence.

We are continually working to improve our support of survivors on the NDSU campus. If you have any questions, concerns or feedback about the information on this site please feel free to contact Megan Talcott, the Sexual Assault Prevention and Advocacy Coordinator atmegan.talcott@ndsu.edu or 701-231-5733.
