A new form is coming soon. Beginning in FY25, all cash advances must be closed or replenished within two months, regardless of the funding source. The new form will have more information on replenishment. We hope that this change will help streamline the process. Please note that cash advances on local funds have a minimum processing time of 3 business days, but may take much longer if larger amounts of cash are needed. Cash advances from a grant have a minimum processing time of 4 days, but also may take longer if more cash is requested.
