QPR Suicide Prevention Training
QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) is a proven method for preventing suicide, similar to CPR for medical emergencies. You’ll learn how to Question someone about suicide, Persuade them to seek help, and Refer them to appropriate resources.
In just one session, you can become equipped to recognize the warning signs and take action. Whether you are a parent, teacher, friend, or community member, your ability to act could save a life.
This training is for everyone - no prior experience is needed. It’s an opportunity to make a difference in your community.
