Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance
Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance is an evidence-based balance training program designed to help adults improve their balance and reduce the risk of falling. Participants are typically older adults living in the community who learn balance skills, postural control, and good body alignment through adapted Tai Ji movements.
