Students of Allied Sciences Club members supported the March for Babies on April 8th, raising both awareness and funds. SAS members raised in excess of $250 before the walk through a bake sale and personal fundraising.
March for Babies is sponsored by March of Dimes, an organization that supports efforts nationally and globally to prevent premature birth, promote infant health, and support families and health professionals. This year’s walk brought hope through research, celebrated NICU graduates and their families, and honored babies lost while remembering how much they were loved.
