Budget Overview - Multiple Ledgers

There is a way to run the Budget Overview screen to return both revenues and expenses at the same time. Detailed information can be found on the Resources and Job Aids section of our web site.

The Budget Overview functionality can be used to return more than one ledger at a time. For example, both the CASHR and CSHDTL ledgers can be requested on a local fund, or range of local funds, and the information returned will include both the revenues and the expenses for that fund or funds.
