Research Overview

Technological innovation is often portrayed as inherently useful and value-positive. However, we have a limited understanding of its implications when applied to products and services with harmful consequences. To address this gap, Dr. Su's research examines the impact of negative social evaluation on firm innovation performance and the inter-firm job mobility of knowledge workers.

Impact

Dr. Su has presented his work at various international and regional academic conferences, including the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, the Strategic Management Society Annual Conference, and the Academy of International Business Annual Meeting. He received the John O. Tollefson Best Paper Award in 2024 at the University of Kansas.
