His expertise in economic policy and communications has made him a trusted advisor in both academic settings and think tanks.
Marc joined the Challey Institute in 2023 as a contractor and transitioned to a full-time role in January 2024. He has played a key role in advancing the Institute’s research and outreach efforts. His primary focus is on communicating academic insights to relevant audiences through impactful public messaging and strategic media interaction. In the past two years, his contributions have led to coverage by prominent media outlets including USA Today, Fox News, The Hill, CNN, Reason, American Banker, and numerous state and local publications such as the Star Tribune, The Fargo Forum, Bismarck Tribune, Grand Forks Herald, and KFGO. This surge in media attention has elevated the Institute’s research on vital topics like campus free speech, AI regulation, and food insecurity in North Dakota, shaping policy discussions and enhancing community awareness.
Communication Strategy and Approach
