agriculture, was a county agent in the North Dakota communities of Stanley, LaMoure and Fargo, before turning to a career in banking. He Joined Fargo National Bank in 1959, retiring in 1982. He was a past-president of the North Dakota Bankers Association and also served on the Ninth District Federal Reserve Board from 1980-82. He lived in Fargo.
