arts and science, was president emeritus of Bismarck State College, He began his career as vice president of marketing for Jet Aeration Corp. of Cleveland, and then moved into higher education, with stops at Dyke College and Cuyahoga Community College. In 1977, he was named president of Bismarck State College and served for 18 years in the position. His many honors included the 1989 Nova University Distinguished Alumni Award, North Dakota Voluntary Action Award, BSC’s Distinguished Service citation and Regent for Life by the Eagle Scout Association. He lived in Bismarck.
