textiles and clothing, farmed with her husband, Duane, near Kelso, North Dakota. Active in her community, she was a 4-H leader, an election judge and member of the hospital auxiliary. She also served on the boards of the Traill County Farm Bureau and Jamestown College. She lived in Hillsboro, North Dakota.
