electrical engineering, worked at Erie Mining Co. as an electrical engineer for 22 years and then joined Minnesota Power, retiring in 2003. He was a member of Minnesota Deer Hunters Association, Ranger Snowmobile and ATV Club and Iron Range Historical Society. He was a charter member of both the East Range Ducks Unlimited and East Range Sportsman and Conservation Club. He lived in Hoyt Lakes, Minnesota.
