general agriculture, MS '63, agronomy, was an Extension county agent in North Dakota's Benson, Grant and Nelson Counties. He later worked for the Malting Barley Improvement Association and he was the first director of the North Dakota Barley Council. He lived in Russell, Pennsylvania.
