chemistry, was a chemist at the North Dakota Health Department and a teacher at schools in Center Edgeley, and Mandan, North Dakota. He later taught chemistry at Bismarck State College. He was recognized by the Valley City State College Alumni Association in 2001 and received the Alumnus of the Year Award at Bismarck State College in 1998. He lived in Bismarck, North Dakota.
