pharmacy, honorary doctorate ’02, was named to the U.S. Army Reserve Officers’ Training Corps Cadet Hall of Fame. ROTC is celebrating 100 years and is honoring outstanding cadets from the past century. He is a retired rear admiral after a 30-year career with the U.S. Army and Public Health Service. He also is a former team commander for the National Disaster Medical System.
