home economics education, taught home economics in Twin Valley, Minnesota, and Buffalo, Langdon and Sheldon, North Dakota, before joining the Cooperative Extension Service. She was extension home agent for Bottineau County until her retirement in 1981. She received the Distinguished Service Award from the National Association of Extension Home Economics. She lived in Fargo.
