entomology, was an instructor of life science at the North Dakota School of Forestry in Bottineau, North Dakota. He later worked for the USDA Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service. He was a past president of the North Dakota Amateur Hockey Association and past commander of America Legion Post #42. He lived in Bottineau.
