pharmacy, was the longtime owner of Lion Drug in Duluth, Minnesota. A respected pitcher and manager, he was inducted into the Minnesota Softball Hall of Fame in 1982. During World War II in the south Pacific, he flew 48 missions as a bombardier with the Air Force’s 90th Heavy Bombardment Group, known as the Jolly Rogers. He lived in Duluth.
