secondary education, PhD ’06, pharmaceutical science, MBA ’07 business administration, was a professor at Concordia University, Wisconsin, School of Pharmacy. He held a similar faculty position at NDSU from 2008 to 2012. Among his many contributions were serving as national chair of the Public Health Special Interest Group of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy and helping to develop NDSU’s Master of Public Health program. He lived in West Fargo.
