communication, has been selected as the new dean of the College of Journalism and Mass Communications at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She will begin her work on July 1, pending approval by the Board of Regents. She currently is an associate dean in the College of Communication and Information and chair and professor of communication at the University of Kentucky.
