university studies, worked at the Montreal Neurological Institute as a head floor nurse and assisted in research on seizures. She later was a supervisor at Fargo’s St. Luke’s Hospital and was a surgical nursing instructor at St. Luke’s Hospital School of Nursing. She lived in Grafton, North Dakota.
