electrical and electronic engineering, received the 2019 Harold Brown Award in a ceremony Dec. 16, 2020, at Starfire Optical Range on the Kirtland Air Force Base. He is an Air Force Research Laboratory senior engineer. The award is presented annually to a scientist or engineer who uses scientific research to solve a problem critical to the needs of the Air Force.
