agricultural economics, obtained an Executive Master of Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He joined IBM in 1979, which moved his family to Bismarck, Maple Grove Minnesota, and Rochester, Minnesota, where he lived for for 30 years. Ehni earned many awards before retiring from IBM in 2009. He lived in Rochester, Minnesota.
