pharmacy, is a Vietnam War veteran who worked in local pharmacies and established the complete pharmacy system for a new hospital after moving to the island of Saipan. He joined the U.S .Public Health Service Commissioned Corp in 1987 and served on Indian reservations in South Dakota before joining the FDA in 1993. He worked in the Division of Metabolism and Endocrinology for 14 years He retired from the FDA in 2007. He lived in Ridge, Maryland.
