physical education, was an athletic trainer first for Jefferson High School, El Paso, Texas, and then for 30 years at Socorro High School, El Paso. She was named as one of the District VI Pioneer Women of the National Athletic Trainers' Association, served as Sun City Athletic Trainers' Association president and was inducted into the SCATA Hall of Fame in 2012. She later was office manager of Lisbon, North Dakota, Veterinary Service. She lived in Oakes, North Dakota.
