educational administration, was an educator and school principal in the North Dakota communities of Almont, Stanton, Center, Stanley and Hazen. During his 38-year career, he was named North Dakota Principal of the Year and received the Milken Educator Award in 1995. He also was president of the North Dakota Association of Secondary School Principals. He lived in Hazen, North Dakota.
