During the past week (9/24-9/29), the CMS site request form (now at www.ndsu.edu/cms/request_site ) failed.

Although no errors were reported to the requester, any requests submitted during this time were not received by NDSU IT.  As a result, these sites have not been created.  During this time, the requester would not have received any confirmation e-mail stating that the request was received.

If you submitted a site request in the past week (9/24-9-29) please re-submit it at www.ndsu.edu/cms/request_site .
