Due to the abnormally high volume of site and account requests, you should expect delays in the time it takes for these requests to be completed.

Changes are coming soon to CMS that will enable site owners and managers to maintain permissions for their own sites and to speed up the process for creating new sites, so the congestion will not only be alleviated but owners/managers will be able to add and remove authors at their disgression instead of routing requests through NDSU IT.

As of now (Tue Sep 15 12:06:04 CDT 2009) the estimated date that site requests might begin to be processed is 21 September 2009. This is a moving target, so please be patient as these enhancements come available. Changes to the date, if any, will be posted to the site request form.

If you are a site owner or manager of a site requested after 13 September 2009, you should request CMS service so that you will be able to access CMS once your site is created. We cannot create your site if none of the owner or managers have CMS service.
