The "Edit Page Properties" button was not filling with the proper "Edit Page Properties" information.  I tracked the problem down to the extension "Gobernalia BE Drag and Drop."  Will have to be aware of the status of the function override getTable_tt_content -> option_showBigButtons -> line 560 when this extension is upgraded next.
