Text size selector

As discussed at TYPO3 user group meetings, a text size selector will be added to the page template.  The "widget" will allow each visitor to choose the text size he/she prefers.  This format will ensure accessibility for visitors and encourage consistent formatting across Web sites. Expect to see the selector in pages this week!

Footer update control

Until now, changes to footer content were directed through me, which meant there would be some delay to update footer information.  Starting this week, I will be migrating to a new setup where sites can update their own footer content (on a per-site basis, not per-page or otherwise).

Directions for updating the footer content are available in the CMS knowledge base.  Note that if you do not yet see a "Storage" folder for your site, it may be because your site has not yet been migrated to this format.

Also coming up will be a minor update to TYPO3 that will include a few bug fixes and backend enhancements that should make authoring a little easier.
