What are your primary job responsibilities?

Perform commercial HVAC take-offs, manage HVAC projects, assist in designing systems.

Describe what your day-to-day work life looks like.

Most of my time is spent working at a computer reviewing plans and specs for commercial HVAC projects. Since I support two outside salesmen, I spend a lot of time discussing projects and strategies with my co-workers. As part of supporting my salesmen, I collaborate with engineering firms as well as contractors.

What is most rewarding about your job?

Getting to meet the needs of customers.

What is most challenging about your job?

Timelines and dealing with upset customers.
