Ad files should be submitted NO LATER THAN JULY 19. They should be high-resolution PDF or JPG formats, uploaded here.

If you are unable to attend but wish to have a few titles exhibited, contact The Scholar's Choice. They will be providing the combined book exhibit at our annual conference. Please contact Mary Lynn Howe by email or phone (315-905-4208) for more information.

 

 

Exhibitor rates:

(1) 8-foot table:                                                                                  $300

(1) 8-foot table with outlet access:                                                     $375

  • There are only 6 available, first come, first served
  • Extension cord required, not provided

Each additional table:                                                                         $150

Note that the exhibit space is the same space where coffee, breakfast, and afternoon snacks will be set up. There will be lots of foot traffic. 

 

Fee includes:

  • Tablecloth and skirting
  • 2 chairs
  • Wi-fi
  • Conference registration

 

Program advertisement rates:

Full-page ad (black and white):                          $350

Half-page ad (black and white):                         $200

The physical program will be 5.5” x 8.5” portrait layout.

 

Conference Schedule:

Ballroom available for set-up:             Wednesday, Sept. 18                1:00 pm

Exhibit space open:                             Thursday, Sept. 19                    8:00 am – 5:00 pm

                                                             Friday, Sept. 20                         8:00 am – 5:00 pm

                                                             Saturday, Sept. 21                     8:00 am – noon
