A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the specified date in order to maintain your registration. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of your spot in the session.

What is the targeted age for the courses?

What does my child do for lunch if staying all day?

Students registered for morning and afternoon sessions are eligible to stay for lunch (not provided). Herd U staff will bring students to the supervised eating space and back to AG Hill to rest and play before their next session. These students can bring a bag lunch or purchase from a vendor in the Memorial Union (e.g. pizza, sandwiches; approximately $8-12)

How do I know when sessions are full?

Our registration system will show whether a session is full and won’t let you register.

When will I receive confirmation about my student’s registration?

After you have completed payment, you will receive a confirmation email.  Herd U staff will send all the information for the class your student is registered for, including drop-off and pick-up details and any special instructions.

What is the cancellation policy?

Student registration fees are required to offset the costs of providing a course. Herd U reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum student enrollment number is not met.  If we cancel a course, participants will receive a full refund.  We will work with families to find another class in the event of cancellation.

What is the refund policy?

All refund requests should be sent to ndsu.herdu@ndsu.edu

No refunds or credit will be given once a course begins.  This includes missed days/classes.
