If you are looking for assistance regarding your professional development course, you may email our office or contact any of our staff. Our staff are available to assist with registration-related inquiries, questions regarding transcripts, course grades, accreditation inquiries, and many other event-related questions.
If you registered for a professional development course, please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your registration, then you should expect to hear from your instructor with information about starting your course.

How to Login to Blackboard
Below are the general steps to login to the Blackboard learning management system (LMS). Follow the directions below or view the instructional video for step-by-step screenshots.
- Use the button at the top of this page to access Blackboard.
- Click the Blackboard Login button.
- Click the My Bb Login button.
- Enter User ID & Password to log in. (Usually firstname.lastname and your email password.)
General Course Questions
For questions about course content, deadlines, materials, where to obtain course materials, and other general questions about your specific course, contact your instructor directly. An instructor email is provided with every class listing.
Technical Support
For questions regarding issues with learning management systems, technical requirements of your computer, Zoom connection issues, setting up your NDSU services, and other technical questions, you may either contact your instructor or the NDSU ITS Helpdesk.
