Dr. Connie Koski
Assistant Professor
Connie M. Koski received her Ph.D. from the University of Nebraska Omaha in 2013 and joined the NDSU faculty in 2024. She has previously taught at Longwood University in Farmville, VA and Oglala Lakota College in South Dakota. Dr. Koski is also a retired police officer from Michigan. Dr. Koski teaches a wide variety of criminal justice courses, including those on policing, criminal law and procedure, criminal investigations and the criminal court system. Her research interests include police-citizen perceptions and relationships, issues of crime and place, informal and formal social control, and officer wellness. Dr. Koski has published her research in a variety of criminal justice and policing journals, and she has co-authored one book focused on policing issues.
