K-12 Student Learning Opportunities
The Distance and Continuing Education program in the Office of Teaching and Learning offers many events and programs for K-12 students of all grade levels. We also partner with other on-campus organizations to list their events for K-12 students. Most of these events and programs are designed to either be free or low cost. We continue to add events and programs so please check back regularly.

Avenues of Scientific Discovery (AOSD)
Formerly Expanding Your Horizons, this is a one-day conference for middle and high school students focused on cultivating an interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM).
Early Entry
High school students nationwide are now able to take early-entry classes online at a discounted tuition rate through NDSU.
Teen Creative Writing Camps
Study fiction, poetry, creative nonfiction, screenwriting, song writing, and cartooning with professional writers and educators.
