Dining Gift Cards - Important Update

Use Your Dining Gift Card Before July 25, 2025!

After this date, we will no longer process dining gift cards. Be sure to use yours before the deadline!

Where to Use It

Dining gift cards are accepted at eight on-campus locations. 

• Now through April 25, 2025:
  • Barry Hall Coffee Shop (Located Downtown)
• Now through May 16, 2025 (End of Spring Semester):
  • Residence Dining Center
  • Minard Coffee Shop (Proudly Serving Starbucks®)
• Now through July 25, 2025
  • Burgers at the U
  • Hoagie Hut
  • Twisted Taco
  • West Dining Center
  • NDSU Catering

Don't Use It Before July 25, 2025

After July 25, 2025, your card can be refunded for the unused balance. Give us a call at (701) 231-7001 or stop by the NDSU Dining Office (located by the Residence Dining Center) to request a refund.
