Litigation consulting:  A variety of services can be provided depending on needs.  Typical work involves expert opinion on economic damages but can extend to analysis providing proof of harm.

Business consulting:  Can provide strategic analysis using the tools of game theory to provide businesses with a detailed analysis of potential consequences of various actions.  Can also perform advanced statistical analysis of demand and cost data relevant for strategic decision making.
