Dr. Yao Yu earned his Bachelor degree in Building Environment and Equipment Engineering from Dalian University of Technology in 2004. He received his two Master degrees in Architectural Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology in 2008 and in Civil Engineering from University of Wyoming in 2012. In 2014, he earned his Ph.D. in Computational Science and Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. This interdisciplinary academic experience gives Dr.Yu a solid understanding of knowledge and diverse research interests on various disciplines including
