NDSU has partnered with University of Washington on the AccessADVANCE project to increase the successful participation and advancement of women with disabilities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) faculty careers.  AccessADVANCE will increase understanding of the issues related to this understudied and often marginalized group that will lead to the identification of effective interventions with the potential to systematically address issues impacting the career advancement and success of female faculty with disabilities. Leadership Team members work toward this goal  by hosting events and presentations, engaging with collaborators, and creating and disseminating resources.
