Best of show
Seven students received awards at the annual North Dakota State University Juried Student Art Exhibit in the Memorial Union Gallery. The exhibit was open to all NDSU students. Of the 101 entries submitted, 28 were chosen for the gallery show. Edward Pauley, president of the Plains Art Museum in Fargo, was guest juror. Juror's Choice Awards were given to Kathy Hagstrom and Amanda Henderson, both art majors. Other awards went to Tessa Pelkey, an art and interior design student; Andrea Fagerstrom and Lourdes Hawley, both art students; Jennifer Brandel, who studies architecture and art; and Arion Poitra, a criminal justice and art major.
