- Tegmen blotched.
- Dorsal field with a pale line.
- Hindwing yellow with a clear apex and crossed by a black band.
- Lower carina of hind femur expanded into a ventral flange with a slightly sinuate margin.
- Inner face of hind femur blue-black to bright orange.
- Ourter face of hind femur with three dark bands.
- Hind tibia coral red to orange, especially on inner face.
- Adults in Spring and early Summer.
