BILL 1015  A BILL for an Act to provide an appropriation for defraying the expenses of the various divisions under the supervision of the director of the office of management and budget; to amend and reenact section 57-51.1-07.5 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the state share of oil and gas tax revenue allocations; to repeal section 11-38-08 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to county achievement days; to provide a transfer; to provide an exemption; to provide a report; and to declare an emergency.
