I am from Pillager, MN (I tell everyone Brainerd because it's close and bigger). I have a bachelor's degree from NDSU in microbiology with minors in both biotechnology and chemistry.

How did the NDSU MPH prepare you for the workforce? 

It prepared me pretty well considering we were able to apply our skills immediately due to COVID. I think all of us in the MPH program really did well with ND's response. 

Current position 

Currently working as a case worker at NDSU for COVID. 

How are you impacting the health of your region? 

Contract tracing for the state of North Dakota
