I am from the Diné tribe is northern New Mexico. My undergraduate uate degree is in Human Health Studies from Arizona State University in Tempe Arizona.

My MPH at NDSU prepared me to analyze data, the importance of policy, research, creating networks, and how our environment shapes our health.
Current Position
I am currently working in early childhood education.
Personal impact on the regional health
After graduation in May 2019, I moved to Portland, Oregon and I am still trying to find footing in the public health field. It has been difficult but trying to stay persistent in the job search.
