- Hind femur cross-banded with black.
- Hind tibia gray-blue.
- Male cercus an inverted 'boot with a heel and elongate toe.'
- Furculae small
- Subanal plate evenly rounded with a bilobed apex.
- Ovipositor with weak dorsal tooth.
- Dorsal margin convex.
- Face with frontal ridge dark, areas below antennae light.
- Gena and sides of pronotum pale gray.
- Lateral white crescent extends from mouthparts to end of prozona.
- Hind femur with broken dark bands.
- Distinctive male cercus visible in later instar nymphs.
