Identification: Rfw 15.11 mm; orbicular spot round. Hw color
nearly pure white (%) or fuscous (&).
Ptagiae tricolored, brown with both black and white transverse lines;
tegulae pale. Male with bifasciculate-biserrate antennae. All
tibiae setose. Eyes without hair, frons with a raised ring.
