Pseudohermonassa tenuicula (Morrison 1874)

Common name: no accepted common name, listed here as 'Morrison's sooty dart.'

Hodges #: 10951.

Identification: Rfw 14.9 mm, fw with black before and between ordinary spots. Frons smooth, protibiae with mesal and lateral row of setae, lateral setae partially hidden in vestiture of scales. 

Similar species: 10801, 10803, 10805, 10942, 10950, 10926, 10954, 11047, and 9382.

Distribution: Central Canada and northern United States, southward in the Rockies to Colorado.

Hosts: Larvae have been reported from Glyceria-- Mannagrass.
