of antennae uniform brown, ventral abdomen black; hw lacking discal spot
dorsad and ventrad.

Distribution: southern Canada and U.S., east of 100th meridian.
Hosts: Larvae have been reared on Plantago-- plantain,
and Taraxicum-- dandelion. .
