Type Species: Notius: Notius depressus Dallas, 1851, by monotypy. Ebora: Ebora circumdata Walker, 1867 (= Notius depressus Dallas, 1851), by original designation.
Tribal Placement: Gross (1976) speculated that Notius might possibly belong in the Carpocoris group of genera.
